David Lomas, Publisher of Property Aspects Magazine will be giving a talk on social media and then hosting a discussion workshop for Landlords and Lettings Agents at The Landlord & Lettings Show in Bolton this month.

David will be helping Lettings Agents to understand how social media can be used to improve both the way they find tenants and how they can generate introductions and referrals to others.

He will investigate ways that social media and internet marketing may help with building trust in your lettings business before spreading your message.

He will show us the fundamental parts that should make up your communication in order to be effective in attracting and then engaging with your chosen target prospect.

He will also explain how using the correct type of written or visual content is crucial in developing trust with your audience.
