P3 People Management has just announced details of its latest employment workshop which aims to guide businesses through the disciplinary process.
The Disciplinary Process event takes place on Wednesday, September 26 at the Manchester-based consultancy’s premises in Concord Business Park and is open for to up to 10 people.
The free workshop, which runs from 8.30am to 10am, will provide managers and business owners with an insight into statutory disciplinary procedures to ensure they remain on the right side of employment law.
Workplace disputes are unfortunately a common occurrence in today’s business world and are often the source of much anxiety and fear among business owners. However, a good knowledge of employment law and tight disciplinary procedures are a vital part of managing a workforce and businesses should not simply bury their heads in the sand in the hope it will all go away.
